As tradition goes, at the beginning of each year we’re sending over our “no days off” training calendar. This year it has new design and a field where you can plan your races.
Print in A3 or А4 size and put it in a visible place at home or the office and strike down every day that you’ve trained. In the end you should get a decent smudge of workouts.
